Products are subject to availability. Where a product is described as limited edition, small batch, unavailable, out of stock or otherwise subject to limited availability, this will be reflected on the website where reasonably practicable.

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, prices and photographs accurately.

Screen settings, lighting and photography can cause colours or appearance to vary slightly from one device or environment to another. These normal display variations do not alter your statutory rights where goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

If we identify a material error in product information or pricing before fulfilling an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, give you the opportunity to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund.

When you submit an order through the website, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

After your order is placed, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation containing details of the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product error, delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

The price payable for a product is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Any delivery charge that applies to your order will be displayed before you complete checkout. Standard UK delivery is currently complimentary.

Payments may be processed using the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards, Stripe-supported payment methods and PayPal.

Your chosen payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices to the payment service it provides.

Orders are delivered in accordance with the delivery information and options presented on the website and at checkout.

Barroccu & Co uses Royal Mail for delivery. International Standard and International Tracked options may be available depending on the destination.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. International deliveries may occasionally be affected by customs processing or local postal networks.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the delivery process.

International delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

International orders may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or handling charges depending on the destination and order value.

Where such charges are not included or prepaid at checkout, they may be payable locally by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country.

For eligible purchases, Barroccu & Co offers a 30-day change-of-mind returns period. This sits alongside the cancellation and other rights available to consumers under applicable law.

If you wish to make a change-of-mind return, please contact us within the applicable period and follow the return information provided.

Under our extended 30-day change-of-mind policy, returned products should be unused and returned with the original pouch, card and product packaging supplied with the order where applicable.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

Your statutory cancellation rights may operate differently from our additional 30-day policy. Nothing in our extended policy restricts those statutory rights.

Your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy.

If you believe there is a problem with an item, please contact us and provide your order information together with a description of the issue. Photographs can be helpful where the problem is visible.

Please contact us before paying to return an item that you believe is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied so that we can review the circumstances and provide the appropriate next step.

Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Products should be used and cared for in accordance with any guidance supplied with the product or made available on the website.

Products can naturally show signs of wear through normal use. Damage caused after delivery by accident, inappropriate use, neglect or failure to follow relevant care guidance is not the same as a manufacturing fault.

Optical Carry products are intended to provide a considered way to carry eyewear during daily life, in accordance with the product description and guidance provided for the particular design.

Eyewear varies considerably in frame shape, thickness, materials and construction. Please review the product information, photographs, dimensions and any fit guidance provided before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms should be understood as a promise that an Optical Carry product prevents loss, damage or scratching of eyewear unless a specific product description expressly states otherwise.

Where Barroccu & Co offers a promotion or discount code, any specific conditions will be stated with the offer.

Promotions may be time-limited, apply only to specified products or customers, and may not be combinable with another offer where this is made clear.

Purchasing an item during a promotion does not remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.

The text, photography, graphics, branding, product presentation, artwork and other content appearing on this website are owned by Barroccu & Co or used with permission, except where otherwise stated.

You may view the website and use its content for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, modify or distribute protected Barroccu & Co content without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

Approved wholesale, press or retail partners may use promotional materials only within the permission or agreement provided to them.
