1Place the necklace over your head and use the central slider to adjust how it sits.
2After removing your eyewear, place one temple arm through the triangular loop.
3Before returning the eyewear to your face, remove it from the loop and check the lenses.

What is included in the Carry & Care Collection?

The collection includes one Signature Eyewear Necklace and one 43 × 30cm optical-grade microfibre cloth in your chosen design. The Signature includes its black Barroccu & Co drawstring storage pouch, approximately 8 × 10cm, and the selected cloth includes its own storage pouch.

Which cloth designs can I choose from?

You can choose Blossom of Colour, Maple, Ferns or Cacti using the selector in the purchase section. Each design uses the same oversized optical-grade microfibre.

How much does the necklace weigh?

The complete necklace weighs approximately 23.6g.

Which glasses is The Signature designed for?

The oversized triangular loop has been designed to work with a range of everyday eyewear, including reading glasses, thicker acetate frames, thinner metal frames and sunglasses. Because frame shapes and hinge designs vary, we recommend reviewing the product images and measurements before ordering.

Is the necklace intended to prevent eyewear from being lost or damaged?

No. The Signature provides a considered place to carry compatible eyewear between periods of wear, but it is not an anti-loss or protective device. Continue to handle your eyewear carefully and use a suitable case whenever fuller protection is required.

Is the cloth safe for coated lenses?

Yes. The optical-grade microfibre is intended for coated eyewear, camera lenses and other optical surfaces. Always make sure both the cloth and the lens are free from loose grit before wiping.

How should I wash the cloth?

Wash the cloth separately without fabric conditioner, bleach or fragranced additives, rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely. Our complete cloth-washing guide explains the routine in more detail.

How should I care for The Signature?

Keep the necklace out of prolonged contact with water, perfume, hairspray and corrosive chemicals. When it is not being worn, store it flat to avoid excessive twisting of the braided cord.

What are the delivery and returns arrangements?

UK delivery is complimentary and the collection is covered by our 30-day returns period. Items should be returned in accordance with the returns conditions shown during purchase.
