Instead of attaching to both sides of the frame like a traditional chain or cord, the eyewear is placed through the central Signature Loop when it is removed.

The Signature Loop
One defining detail.A different way to carry.
The matte-black triangular loop is the functional centre of The Signature. Eyewear passes through the opening when it is not being worn, creating a simple alternative to end attachments.
The form is deliberately understated, with a black finish and a subtle Barroccu & Co mark above the loop.
Developed with thicker acetate-style frames in mind. Eyewear shapes and frame thicknesses vary, so suitability will depend on the individual frame; very thin wire frames may be less suited to the loop.
Rear-adjustable by design

The Signature measures 46.5 cm overall. A single sliding adjuster at the back allows the wearing position to be fine-tuned, changing where the Signature Loop sits against the body without adding visible hardware to the front.

Its all-black palette keeps the product visually quiet, allowing it to sit alongside different clothes and different eyewear without becoming the loudest element.

The Signature brings its function together through a restrained collection of black components, from the braided cord and rear adjuster to the central holder and triangular loop.

A 5 mm tightly braided black nylon cord is paired with a single rear sliding adjuster for fine-tuning how the necklace sits.
Developed for thicker acetate
The loop was developed with thicker acetate-style glasses and sunglasses in mind. Suitability depends on the individual frame; very thin wire frames may be less suited.

A subtle Barroccu & Co mark sits above the matte-black triangular opening used to carry the frame.
Storage pouch included
A black Barroccu & Co drawstring pouch, approximately 8 × 10 cm, gives the necklace a designated place to be stored when it is not being used.

What is an eyewear necklace?

Does it attach to the arms of the glasses?
No. The Signature does not use two end attachments. The frame is placed through the central Signature Loop when the eyewear is removed.

Yes. The Signature measures 46.5 cm overall and a single rear sliding adjuster allows the wearing position to be fine-tuned. Remove eyewear from the loop before making an adjustment.

How should I care for and store it?
Remove the eyewear and store the necklace flat in its pouch when it is not being used. Avoid prolonged immersion in water and avoid direct contact between the metal components and corrosive chemicals such as perfume or hairspray. Keep it away from sharp items and avoid placing weight on the loop or adjuster.
