All products—including limited-edition microfibre cleaning cloths—are subject to availability.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but:

• Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings

• Content may change without notice

• Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them

No website description or image forms a binding part of your contract with us.

Ownership of products transfers to you only after full payment is received.
Risk transfers to you once the item has been delivered.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.
Keep all packaging if reporting an issue.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care guidance, or normal wear.

If returning an item, you must use a tracked method. Until received by us, the item remains your responsibility.

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Upload malicious code, harmful data, or unsolicited communications

Wholesale partners may use approved Barroccu & Co promotional images only in their original form and only for the agreed period.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

Accepted payment methods include major debit and credit cards.
We do not accept cheques or other offline payment methods.

If incorrect personal information is provided, or payment is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Prices shown include VAT for UK orders.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–5 business days

• USA & Canada: 6–7 business days

• Rest of world: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or courier issues.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We offer a 14-day return period for non-personalised items.
To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• All packaging, pouches, cards, and inserts must be returned

• A valid receipt or order number is required

Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All Barroccu & Co products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:

• Normal wear

• Accidental damage

• Misuse

• Neglect

• Improper cleaning

• Damage caused by failing to follow care instructions

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions run for a limited time

• Cannot be combined with other promotions

• One entry or use per customer

• Discounts do not apply to personalised items

• Discounted items follow our standard returns policy

Black Friday and seasonal promotions will follow their own stated terms.

• No purchase necessary

• One entry per person

• Not open to employees, agents, or affiliates

• Entries that violate terms may be disqualified

• Barroccu & Co may amend or cancel competitions if necessary

• Competitions are governed by English law

Personal data submitted during competitions may be used for administration and marketing, and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
