What is your warranty policy?
Whilst we endeavour to deliver all products in exceptional condition and to the highest quality, you can rest assured that all our goods distributed by Barroccu & Co comes with a warranty that covers against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase from a Barroccu & Co store or authorised dealer and can be submitted via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure to quote your original invoice number, which can be found in your original email or on the physical invoice that came with your order. Note that our warranty does not cover any damage or wear to any products that have been personalised, altered or misused.
Can you tell me when new products or promotions are announced?

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. Barroccu & Co takes your personal information security very seriously and we have safeguards in place which block any unauthorised access to online customer information. All transactions are made through a secure server and we also support Paypal transactions online.
Is the Artwork Authentic ?
Absolutely, we take great pride in not only selecting the finest Artwork but also a great deal of research into the best printing methods according to the type of Artwork that is showcased.
Can I order the Original Artwork?
Yes of course. Joann Randles is a freelance Artist and licenses her Artwork to Barroccu and Co for each limited edition piece. Joann is freely available to accept commissions and sell her work privately and you can find out more about this here:
Barroccu and Co. offers free delivery to all destinations. However, please note that you are liable for any customs charges incurred. Orders within the UK, Europe and the rest of the world (excluding US and Canada) are delivered via MNX express service, which sometimes use a local agent and require a signature at the destination. Orders to the US are shipped via Worldnet, which in most cases use a local agent, whilst orders to Canada are shipped via Fedex.

A dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you specified on your order. For orders from our MNX delivery service you will receive an email containing a tracking link directly from MNX. In regards to both Fedex and Worldnet deliveries you will receive a tracking number and link directly from us via email.
Your Barroccu and Co. order is important to us; to ensure that you receive your items safely we request that you have someone available to sign for delivery. For this reason, we are unable to send directly to PO addresses.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes, before we process an order we must have the full outstanding balance paid. Once this is complete you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second confirmation email from either us or the delivery company when your item has been packed and shipped.
What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?
The tracking format is dependent upon the country the product is being delivered to. Please refer to the delivery section above for more information on delivery options.
For orders booked via MNX, automatic updates with your tracking information will be sent directly from MNX. If your order is to the US and Canada, Barroccu & Co will send you the tracking link once it has been booked in with either Worldnet (for the US) or Fedex (for Canada). If for any reason you haven’t received any information please direct tracking enquires to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you would like to amend your order in any way, please contact email@example.com as soon as you can. We will endeavour to accommodate any changes where possible and if received in time. Please note that if you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us immediately, since we are unable to cancel goods that have already been shipped and are en route to their destination. What is the condition of your cloths?
All of our Microfibre cleaning cloths are brand new and come individually packaged in our custom envelopes.
What is the difference between the Barroccu & Co cloths and other cloths?
We work closely with a specialist MircoFibre factory and the unique formulation of the Barroccu & Co microfibre cloth far exceeds any conventional cloth and enables grease, dirt and moisture to be removed from the most sophisticated of coatings. Are all of your cloths made of the same materials or is there any difference?
Our full range of cleaning cloths are manufactured to the same standard using the same premium materials. We offer Signature & Limited-Edition ranges, all with striking original artwork.
Where can I use them?
You can use them anywhere; they are safe on all surfaces. The tiny fibers grab fine particles like dust, dirt and pet dander and hold them until submerged in water.
What surfaces are safe to clean with your cloths?
Our cleaning cloths will never scratch or harm anything you use them on. Please make sure that your cloth is stored and cleaned correctly before every use.
What can be removed by your cloths?
Our cloths can remove tough stains, dried-in dirt, dust, spots, grease, spills, mildew, grime, fingerprint smudges, microparticles, odor-causing bacteria, and even prevents the growth of bacteria within the cloth.
How long do your cleaning cloths last?
Our cloths are very durable. With the proper care, you can use these cloths for a very long time. The same cloth can be used for over a year to clean and still go strong.
Are your cleaning cloths environmentally friendly?
Of course, our cleaning cloths are reusable and washable. No more paper towel and tissue waste. Use the cloths repeatedly, and wash them when they seem sufficiently dirty. Just think, if you were to use our cleaning cloth instead of a tissue to clean your iPhone for one whole year. Our cloths are safe to dispose of. No dyes or chemicals are used to make our cleaning cloths.
Can I use them dry or do I have to use a chemical cleanser to clean?
All of our cleaning cloths are especially effective when used dry or with water. You can quickly and easily remove oil and fingerprints with just a swipe. Our cloths can also be used with the cleaning solution of your preference (do not use fabric softeners). Stay away from solutions that contain bleach or other corrosive ingredients.
How do I clean your cloths?
We recommend that you wash them only when you notice that dirt and grime cannot be removed by simply shaking dirt and dust off.
Our cloths can also be hand washed with warm water. The warm water opens up the microfibres, allowing them to release the locked in dirt. Avoid clogging microfibre pores by washing microfibre separate from cotton. Air dry only (no machine dry).
Do you recommend to wash them with detergent?
WE DO NOT recommend using detergent because of its high grade of microfiber that can trap detergent in-between the fibers. That will eventually accumulate and diminish its efficiency.
