At Barroccuandco.com if you have a change of heart with your online purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days.
Here are the conditions of a return:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items are returned including the case, card and packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase. There will be no partial refunds granted.

REFUNDS FOR UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please note that all returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Barroccu and Co. We recommend that you select a safe/traceable delivery service, retaining proof of postage.
Barroccu and Co. will not refund the shipping costs for any normal returns.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you received an incorrect or damaged item due to a mistake on our part, we will refund the original delivery cost/handling fees on your order.
EXCHANGES
Barroccu and Co. will not refund the delivery cost for returning the original item but upon safe receipt, we will be happy to organise the delivery of the replacement item and cover the cost of this delivery at no extra charge.
